Data Deletion Instructions

Nexus respects your right to delete the data we hold about you or about a Facebook Page you administer. This page describes the procedure for requesting deletion, in compliance with Meta's Data Deletion requirements.

1. What data can be deleted

• Your operator account information stored in Nexus (username, password hash, role, audit log entries that identify you).
• Cached Facebook data tied to a Page you administered: posts, comments, conversations, insights snapshots, generated AI suggestions.
• Page Access Tokens we hold for your Page.

Note: deleting data from Nexus does not delete content from Facebook itself. To remove a post or comment from Facebook, use the Facebook Page tools directly. To delete your Facebook data overall, see Facebook's Data Policy.

2. How to request deletion

Option A — Email request (recommended)

1. Send an email to guyue1592@gmail.com from the email address associated with your operator account, or from the email of a Facebook Page admin.
2. Use the subject line: Nexus Data Deletion Request.
3. In the email body, include:
   • Your Facebook user ID or operator username.
   • The Facebook Page ID(s) for which you want data deleted (if applicable).
   • A brief confirmation that you are the account owner or Page admin.
4. We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, then notify you by email when the deletion is complete.

Option B — Revoke Facebook permission

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
2. Locate Nexus in the list and click Remove.
3. This stops further data collection. To delete data already collected, also send an email request as in Option A.

3. Verification

To protect against unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to verify your identity, for example by replying from the email registered on your operator account, or by confirming the request through your Facebook account.

4. What happens after deletion

• Personal and Page data is permanently removed from our active database within 30 days of confirmed verification.
• Backup copies are overwritten in the next backup cycle (typically within 90 days).
• A minimal record (request ID, timestamp, action) is retained in audit logs for security and compliance for up to 12 months. This record does not contain Facebook content.

Nexus 尊重您删除我们持有的关于您本人或您管理的 Facebook 主页相关数据的权利。本页说明删除请求的具体流程，符合 Meta 数据删除要求。

1. 可被删除的数据

• 您在 Nexus 中的运营账户信息（用户名、密码哈希、角色、可识别您身份的审计日志条目）。
• 与您管理的主页关联的 Facebook 缓存数据：帖子、评论、会话、分析快照、AI 生成的建议。
• 我们持有的该主页的 Page Access Token。

2. 如何请求删除

方式 A — 邮件请求（推荐）

1. 从您运营账户绑定的邮箱，或主页管理员的邮箱，向 guyue1592@gmail.com 发送邮件。
2. 使用主题：Nexus Data Deletion Request。
3. 邮件正文中提供：
   • 您的 Facebook 用户 ID 或运营账户用户名。
   • 需要删除数据的 Facebook 主页 ID（如适用）。
   • 简短声明您是账户所有者或主页管理员。
4. 我们将在 3 个工作日内 确认收到，并在 30 天内 完成删除，完成后通过邮件通知您。

方式 B — 撤销 Facebook 授权

1. 前往 Facebook 设置 → 商务整合。
2. 在列表中找到 Nexus，点击 移除。
3. 这将停止后续数据收集。如需删除已收集数据，请同时按方式 A 发送邮件请求。

3. 身份核验

为防止未授权删除，我们可能要求您核验身份，例如使用您运营账户绑定的邮箱回复，或通过 Facebook 账户确认请求。

4. 删除后

• 个人与主页数据将在身份核验通过后 30 天内从活跃数据库中永久移除。
• 备份副本将在下一个备份周期内被覆盖（通常 90 天内）。
• 出于安全与合规目的，审计日志中将保留极少量元信息（请求 ID、时间戳、操作类型）最长 12 个月。该记录不包含任何 Facebook 内容。
