Terms of Service
1. Scope
Nexus is an internal-use software tool provided to authorized members of the operating team. By accessing or using Nexus, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Use of Nexus is limited to individuals who have been granted an operator account by an administrator and who are authorized to manage the connected Facebook Pages.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Nexus only for legitimate management of the Facebook Pages you administer. You will not:
- Use Nexus to violate Facebook's Platform Terms or Community Standards.
- Attempt to access data of users or Pages outside your authorized scope.
- Reverse-engineer, attack, or disrupt the service.
- Use the AI suggestion feature to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, harassing, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or platform rules.
4. AI-generated content
Nexus generates content suggestions using an AI model. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing it to a Facebook Page. The operating team is the sole publisher of any post and bears responsibility for its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness.
5. Facebook integration
Nexus relies on Facebook's Graph API and is subject to Facebook's Platform Terms. We do not control Facebook's services and are not liable for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by Facebook.
6. Disclaimer
Nexus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of analytics, or quality of AI suggestions.
7. Termination
An administrator may suspend or revoke your access at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using Nexus. Sections relating to data retention, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive termination.

4. AI 生成内容
Nexus 使用 AI 模型生成内容建议。您有责任在将 AI 生成内容发布到 Facebook 主页之前进行审阅与确认。运营团队是任何帖子的唯一发布者，对其准确性、合法性、合规性承担全部责任。
5. Facebook 集成
Nexus 依赖 Facebook Graph API，并受 Facebook 平台条款约束。我们不控制 Facebook 服务，对 Facebook 引入的变更、宕机或限制不承担责任。
6. 免责声明
Nexus 按 "现状" 提供，不作任何形式的保证。我们不保证服务不间断、分析数据准确或 AI 建议质量。
7. 终止
管理员可随时暂停或撤销您的访问权限。终止后您必须停止使用 Nexus。与数据保留、知识产权、责任限制有关的条款在终止后继续有效。
